WHAT’S HAPPENING NOW…
The Zama Community Spouses’ Association (ZaCSA) is a social and service oriented organization that engages in service projects, fundraising, and social support. ZaCSA provides educational and charitable donations to organizations impacting the local Camp Zama community, and scholarships to Zama American High School Seniors and eligible Camp Zama spouses. Last membership year, 2012-2013, ZaCSA distributed over $10,700 in donations through Community Grants and $21,800 in scholarships. These valuable financial contributions total over $32,500. ZaCSA fund raises throughout the year to support our charitable donations and scholarships. Our two main sources of income are from volunteers managing the East Meets West Gift Shop and the ZaCSA Annual Scholarship Basket Auction.
The purpose of ZaCSA is to conduct community service, enhance morale and bi-lateral relations through social interactions, provide welfare grants, and award scholarships as determined appropriate by its members.
